News from the Field

The early part of May was still very chilly with one of the coldest night time temperatures recorded for many years we had many varieties of field grown perennials checked by one very cold night we are now a week away from the Suffolk Show and the Alliums and Iris are looking very good with the week of warm weather some of the Delphiniums are still looking a bit behind for the Show but we will bring them into a warmer tunnel and heap lots of water on them to force them open. Bank Holiday week is one of the Busiest weeks of the year for us we have the Bury Flower and Continental Market on Sunday and Monday 30/31st and one Tuesday we have an inside display to build at the Suffolk Show along with our outside trade satnd at the Show the Suffolk Show is on Wednesday and Thursday 2 / 3rd June so please come along and say hello if you are going to be at either these events.
